Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Bikes: a bunch.

mini mini velodrome

Yesterday I took my fixie and did a few laps of the China Creek teacup.

I'm not sure how fast I was able to get going, but I was continually skimming the coping on one side, then dropping a little further in at the entrance.
There's quite a bit of centrifugal force once you're spinning at a good cadence=D

I think I'll work on my nosepick flyouts next.

Bikes: A couple customs and some beaters.

That 'drome doesn't have an infield, a skirt, or even underwear.
