Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

If only there were a thread specifically designed for posts such as these, conveniently and permanently located atop the the useful, fresh, and non-redundant threads as to avoid wasting space and time.

*recovers, cleans himself up*

What the hell frame is the top one? And who can I do dirty work for to get one?

Edit: Answered my own question on the FGG. Sick. I'm saving all those pictures for reference for when I have piles of money to put into custom frames...

hard to comprehend how the bottom bracket would stay stable on that thing.

Bikes: 1993 Cannondale Track

I'm not a super huge NJS guy, but his bikes are f'ing ridiculous. That white Brooklyn and his apparently retired Cannondale are the ish IMO.

It would be even cooler if there were pedals on the bottom one, because then he could actually ride it.

He used to work in a bike shop, not sure if he's still there or not.

I kinda like the gold nitto on that bike, don't know why cause I've never liked it before.
