Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? I think he wanted to say B-E-A-R-D. but was scared that was one of the no-no words not allowed on this forum. I think if you shave your B-E-A-R-D along with the helmet and brake, you'll be better protected for your journey into fixed gears.

I actually ordered mine through spicer as a frame and fork. Im pretty sure its a 2005. And I am building it up with everything from my old frame, except I had to get a new headset, stem, seattube and bb cause my last frame was frenchy. The only thing I don't really like is, I have to use the stem that came with, my old one didn't havea long enough steertube to go through the size 60 frame.

Oh and I got a black one, but i stripped off all the paint and now its purple. I have all black components and didn't wanna be another one of the many all black bikes out there.
