Old Nitto Track Stem

Ok, I need help from the retro guru's here. This stem was a donation to our co-op and I think it is worth something. If so, I'll put it up on Ebay to benefit the shop. The angle looks like a track stem but I've never seen a Nitto this old. Please enlighten me on the vintage and possible worth (I know it is subjective but give me a ballpark)

Thanks
Chris

There is a Nitto stamp on the top and a bunch of characters at the limit line.

nice! good find. i would guess it goes for more than the old cinellis normally do (80-125), depending if collectors go nutty for it and the condition.
