Over the years I have seen ads for custom jerseys in the League of American Bicyclists magazine. Also www.foxwear.net makes a whole range of custom bike clothing just no silk screening.

you really don't want to screenprint on a jersey... the plastisol will prove problematic for breathability. if you do custom jerseys, you want them to be dye-sublimated. the place i ultimately went with for mine is hidden bay sports.
a big problem with dye sublimated jerseys, however, is turn around time. it takes an average of 8 weeks from the time they receive artwork to produce the jerseys. cost is also an issue. yr gonna pay around 60 dollars for a fully custom raglan with different art on the front and back and you generally need to order a minimum of 6-12.
