this is my last comment on these r-n-r threads. at first i thought it was all pretty funny. no harm really being done. everyone was just going back and forth and i was enjoying reading the threads almost as much as ridin'. now, r-n-r has taken things to a whole different level. personally, i think he has posted what he has cause he is sitting comfortably at his computer with flip flops and a robe or something. instead of actually saying the things he says in front of real people. good luck in your life. the last thing you need is the military but i hope it does work out for you. hope i never meet you. peace.

j.dot
if we do happen to meet im f****** you up.

somebody's never been to the special olympics....

when i was in college, i lived in a dorm right across from the track stadium. i heard a commotion there one sunday morning, so i went to investigate. it was the special olympics! the event they were doing was the "100m walk," reserved for only the most special athletes - even folks in power chairs could participate. some of them even had trouble figuring out which way to go, but each and every competitior gave it their all and earned the medals which they received joyfully.

sometimes, though, they had to be corralled back in.

Crap, I missed all the drama, was his racial epithet directed at me? I'd love it if it were, I think I really pushed his buttons

Good news though, while this clown was self-distructing, I was putting the last touches on my new (to me) GT track bike. I'll post some pics in a minute, I wish roknroll could have seen it.

Ironically, I missed all the real drama in this thread (epithets, etc.) because i was riding. What are the odds of that?

PS - It only takes two ciders to get me lifted. Nice.

Cider can do the trick, that is for sure. Dreadful hangovers, though. Several years ago I was in England and drank a great deal of it (they called in "scrumpy" or something like that). I was nearly killed when I drunkenly explained to a bunch of guys in a pub that in the US cider was primarily marketed to and consumed by women. I meant it as a fairly value free, "isn't that interesting", statement, but apparently at least in Summerset it is tantamount to pissing on the flag.

so...

just so we're clear, racial epiphets = banned

homophobia, bashing the developmentally disabled, my threatening & inappropriately sexual remarks = ok?

i'm not sure i'm okay with that. that's not to say that racism should be tolerated, but rather that the other things should not either. of course, i have a feeling he would have been banned anyway.

Have you seen that bag thread that just started? I can't help but wonder if it is roknroll reincanated, given the homophobia of his posts here. Weird stuff on the forums lately.

I agree, he should have been banned the gay bashing. Even Ryan Ingersol lasted longer than this guy.

I just love the fact that looking at the other threads he started, he seemed total legit and level-headed in the beginning.
I really love that we can drive kids to such insanity.

to be perfectly honest, i initially replied to this thread with the intent of making it more interesting, per se. i attribute that to being inebriated, as well as the OP's use of TO, instead of too. italian steel, once again marked the beginning of an end.

i'm curious as to what race of people he chose to use an epithet to describe...

A: That's awesome.^

B: It doesn't matter what race it was directed at. Racism is racism, period. I agree with the folks that think he should have been banned when he started the anti gay comments. And way to run him outta town everyone!
