Sannino frames

Hi,

I am new on the forum, this is my first post.
I could get a Sannino track frame for a pretty low price (may be $400). This is an italian brand and the frame (steel) is may be 10 year old and in very good condition. I don' t know anything else.
Do you know this brand ?
Is the price ok ?

Thank you for your help !

I found only a few links. The frame looks like this one:

Cicli Sannino was based in Torino Italy.

Sannino built bikes from 1978 to the late 90s, now the shop is closed but he's still designing and building frames in Germany

Sannino frames are very well build and higly considered in Italy
