Bikes: A big one

Impossible..

It seems almost as if it would be impossible to find some colored spokes or nipples ? Anyone know some spots to find them at ?

Recently I talked to a wheel builder about using black spokes, and he told me they don't build with black because they have found them weaker than normal spokes. Any truth in this? I think it's BS.

Well the anodized ones are normally alloy which are weaker than brass, which, as far as I know, dont come in colors.

Non-brass nipples = bad.

I give a lifetime warranty against spoke breakage on all my handbuilt wheels....except with black spokes. For every 1 broken regular stainless spoke I see 4 broken black ones. Vanity has its price.
The only coloured spokes I have ever seen...besides black....are Ti dye spokes. Not very good imho.

Dood. I totally need rasta spokes and nipple to match my King headset and Kooka cranks. That would be gnarly.
