I was hoping to see blood spraying everywhere. That was weak. He just looked like a he got stung by a bee.
She should have just ignore it and just casually said "you have some ketchup on your neck" and moved on.
She obviously take herself very seriously. What a prude.

Oh the horror! The poor children who were watching that! They will be traumatized forever!! LOL!
I agree with BEARPAW! that the reporter's reaction was much funnier than the prank. Funny how the camera went straight to the "injured" guy. HAHAHA!

I wonder if the guy had actually cut of a finger if the lady would have given him a lecture about traumatizing the children and viewing public. She sounds like his mother. I want to say C- on the prank, but I think I'll bump it to a C+ since he used the word "ruse" at the end.

You know im kinda torn in so many directions with this.
1. A lot of people could see how easy it is to get a bike stolen in NYC
2. The public (especially new yorkers) doesnt need another reason to view cyclists as a bunch of kooks
3. That lady shouldnt take her self so seriously, she is a host for Good Day New York for christs sake! Journalism at its finest? pft!
4. I now have a reason to post this anytime someone is being a jerk on BFSSFG...

"That was NOT cool dude"
