the only reason to go to the basketball hall of fame is Cold Stone Creamery for their mediocre ice cream.
an outdoor velodrome at a park would be the best for getting people involved/ attracting people, as well as a lower overhead than an indoor one.

There was a giant polar bear on the polar beverage building, that always seemed to be a hit with passing motorists. There was a coffee house we used to drive 30 mins to get to I think it was Kings. Woosta just needs more arts like lowell and definetely a track.
