Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

the only reason to go to the basketball hall of fame is Cold Stone Creamery for their mediocre ice cream.

an outdoor velodrome at a park would be the best for getting people involved/ attracting people, as well as a lower overhead than an indoor one.

The Worcester Centrum (big-name acts), and the Palladium (cool bands) are the two main venues in Worcester. There's roughly 11 or so colleges in the city, but the big ones are Holy Cross, Clark, WPI, Assumption, and Worcester State. And UMASS Med School.

Other than that, Worcester doesn't have a whole hell of a lot (that I remember).

If by neatish you mean trashy and ghetto, then yes. They have done alot of cleaning up in the past decade, shrewsbury streets becoming almost Bostonish trendy, but in the end, its still pretty laden with ghettoness, enough to make Mission Main seem like wellesley.

I saw my first drive by shooting in worcester

There was a giant polar bear on the polar beverage building, that always seemed to be a hit with passing motorists. There was a coffee house we used to drive 30 mins to get to I think it was Kings. Woosta just needs more arts like lowell and definetely a track.
