only the mark v pro is manufactured in taiwan, due to the cost of importing reynolds 631 into russia.

Well, i've narrowed it down to either IRO Mark V or a Black Hole frame from Fixed-Gear.net. I'm kinda strapped for $$$ so it needs to be cost effective for me but still good quality.... so which one of these 2 frames should I go for??
