What is your tip out. Mine is 3 percent. Getting stiffed hurts. Luckily, I have been stiffed less than ten times in two years. Incidently, almost all of those were on holidays ( mothers, fathers, christmas eve, easter....) But one time, a couple came in with a kiddie ( 2 or 3 years old), the kid barfed all over the table, and then, nada, no tip.

No tip pooling in our resturant. We usually only have 2 servers on the floor at a time, so it wouldn't be practical.

Oh man... thats disgusting. I can't take the sight of puke... especially cleaning it up. I would of been depressed for 3 weeks following if that happend to me. Yuck.

i hate my job but i get to work some a lot of grizzled old carpenters and likeminded crazies. i also get free room and board for the summer AND i have full access to whatever kind of tool shop i need: carpentry shop, welding shop, paint shop (i plan on powdercoating my bike in the fall down there). it's a fun job that pretty much just allows me to ride my bike around all day from one building to the next to check stuff out, other than that i just hang out outside and enjoy wifi whilst checking bf.

ive been mowing lawns all summer after quiting my collections job this spring... time to get a real job again.. :(
