IRO wheel replacement policies?
Hey guys.. So upon further inspection of damage taken, I've noticed where I hit the storm grate, my rim slightly bends in, which is making a few of the spokes extremely loose (I couldn't figure it out for the longest time..)
So currently I've got to replace my:
Helmet (done)
Fork (?)
Front Wheel (What are the policies?)
The helmet is a Giro Transfer, and GIRO's crash policy is replacing that no problem.
'Bout that fork, I'm going to see if I know anyone with a fork bending tool, to get it back into shape, if not then I'm going to have to... do something.
My main question is what about my front wheel? It's bent slightly inwards making a few of the spokes impossible to tighten. I checked the IRO site and it mentions a crash replacement on frames for half price, but nothing on the wheels.
Anyone know?
