Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Hey sounds good. I talked to two fixie-only shops and theyve told me the same thing.
Of course you know how that goes. In japan, if a shop doesnt have what you want then it doesnt exist. At least thats what they say.

Bikes: Maeda Industries NJS, IRO Angus

just found this while googling info on maeda industries.

i only know of two others.. but was wondering if anyone has any framebuilder info on the maeda industries frames? the one i've got has samson dropouts and bb shell, so wondering how that came about. i was told a keirin racer built these in the 90's in small runs.

any insight?

Maeda is in business and you can order a frame from them if you have the money.
