Have you emailed the sales dept. at Bob Jackson with your geometry questions? I did this earlier in the year, asking specifically about the 21.5" frame. Here's the reply I received:

"A 21.5” has 21.5” tt, 23” dt, 6” ht and has a 73 degree head angle and a 74 degree seat angle."

yeah i got a reply this morning actually after resending the email once.
