Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Even if I was ever a KISS fan (I wasn't, and I was in high school in the late 70's), I would have renounced them long ago simply because of the pompous, self-important ass that is Gene Simmons.

I see the same problem with this as the gay rainbow pink floyd jerseys. No one else will know wtf they stand for so it'll just be gay.

And in a pack of sweaty, sinewy, tight-muscled, spandex-clad, buffed-out mature dudes...swappin' stories about classic rock, experimenting with drugs and....sexxxxxxxxx

Kiss were pioneers. They wore spandex long before cyclists adopted it. I see this as a natural fit, especially for those of us who took up cycling just for the excuse to wear spandex and funny shoes in public.

i never thought id have to say this ... but you cant front on KISS...whatever you were doing in the 70's it wasn't cooler then arena rock shows in full makeup playing fake rock that was really pop music.. and dont get me started on phantom of the park or the comic book with real blood in the ink
