Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

If you want a green chain NOW, you can just do like the hoodrats in my old neighborhood and spray-paint it.

KMC has about 5 different "Z" products, you have to be more specific. Their website is hell, too.

They don't offer custom chains in green! What is going here... Why is green the chain enemy #1? I can't believe it.

if you see anyone with a Boston hat and a Bailey works bag give a shout.

I tried searching for the chain, no luck. I know they are out there.

You gotta be kidding me. Hey there's the shop in Falls Church a couple posts back, so how about this, I'll call 'em and see if they have a green chain, if they do I'll pm you and find out if I have an excuse to ride to Northern Virginia.

well, i think a thread like that would be a valuable reference for meeting up at alleycats, especially when you go out of town for one.

also, putting a face with a name might curb some of the **** talking on here
