There's one that's been stuck inside Kendal Square for a while now, I'm tempted to do the chain ring test if it's been abandoned or not. Kinda rough shape, but nothing some new paint can't fix.

Lifting the chain off also works, but it's kinda jerky if it is actually someone's bike that they use.
