Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? I am printing them on used/discarded award certificates from the current War in Iraq. Air medals, Commendations…

Seriously.

Unique. Recycled. Historic. No political statement intended, implied or assumed. The back will say “Fortune Favors the Bold”.

I’ve made three this year, I can only make 4 more.

3 of mine were made from postcards. The other two (one a friend made) were just cutouts from magazines glued to index cards. Everything was then 'laminated' using clear packing tape.

Well, you have to actually send it in. But yeah, if everything works properly that's the idea.
