The only difference I can tell (other than the logo) is they are fixed/fixed so you can run freewheels or fixed cogs on either side.

they're formulas, just like IRO
except they have shorter axles, which can't be respaced out to 130.
they're cheap because formula screwed up and shipped them the wrong hubs

fixed/fixed? hmmmm...sounds like a good deal. formulas are...you know...they go round and round, which makes them pretty good for a lot of cycling applications. rain bike, whatever.
but yeah, formulas get stamped with different names a bunch, but they're still the same.
