I can't help but love how this bike is the ultimate in aero, but still has downtube shifters. Awesome.

i don't think he locks his bike like that. it's probably just to keep the bars from flopping around while you're moving the bike.

Well, i'm pretty sure I've seen some pics of people locking their bikes in similar ways in japan (i.e. belt through frame)

there is no way in hell ANYBODY would freelock a bike like that with a toe strap.
