Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? I personally like it.... looks pretty darn $$$$ though! And nobody can tell you to "flip it"... that alone might be worth it.

https://calfeedesign.com/barstem.htm

Not sure if I'm all that crazy about this one, but thought I'd toss it out there for another alternative...
Reminds me of something from one of the Batman movies.

there was sarcasm intended with the steez bit.

i would think it obvious that a high end integrated bar came out before this fall.

It looks like the thread was eaten by the server problems (or whatever that was) that happened a while back.

Integrated carbon (or otherwise) bars/stems are nothing new. I like them, but it's not news.

I love you Aeroplane, but the 1980's is not super old!

Mikhael Pedersen designed his integralters in the 1880's. Now that's old.

Yes it is.

I should have known that Serendipper would never find it "really old", he doesn't think things are old unless they predated the vacuum tube.

Besides, everybody copied the Egyptians. Integrated bridle/belt for hands free operation. Radial laced gold deep-V's with insanely low spoke count, aero TT helmet, pop-ups, and of course....dudes wearing eyeliner.

And you people think you're "trendy". Heh. You have no idea just how trendy you are...

Nothing new under the sun.

Speaking of which - this guy's stuff out of BC is pretty damn hot. Makes your boards bike look like an animal.

plus they're steel. which is genetically superior to carbon.

I'd totally rock those if my left and right hand were switched, eek!

Prefer the tops too much for climbing, sadly.
