I hate myself for starting a Mark V fit thread

I'm about to drive home so my bike is taken apart, but I'll see if I can get some pictures riding it within a day or two.

i'm 6'1" riding a 59 MarkV. Slightly larger than my previous geared bike (a 57 Specialized Sirrus). I went for slightly bigger than slightly smaller thinking it would be more comfortable. Right now I'm torn between feeling totally comfortable on the 59 and wishing I'd got the 56. In lay terms (i only ride street at the moment), somtimes I wish I'd got the smaller frame for traffic manouverability, but feel the larger size is more comfortble for longer rides. In the end, for my daily commuter I'm happy with the 59.

I'm 6'4" and riding the 59. I'm very happy with the fit. Tight, responsive, maneauverable in traffic and comfortable on longer rides. I ride it daily and have never been disappointed.

I can never get the picture to show. Oh well. Anyways, here are a couple quick shots. I was trying not to die since I was riding on glare ice.

Big does suck. Its easier to biggify a smaller bike than to smallify a big bike

scratch that, after some measuring I'm pretty sure mine is a 56, not a 53 as I said previously. But smaller frames are the spiffies.

/\/\/\ Yah, it looks like it fits perfect in the pic. Not too much seat post showing, which would be my fear.
Looking forward to seeing your rig, geist, the anticipation is overwhelming.
