Pug conversions...got pics?

Found this pug road bike for sale and think i may do a conversion with it. Never done one so i think it would be fun. The guy is out of town so i cant take a look at it and all i have is this lame celly pic. Ive looked everywhere for a clear pic of one with this color scheme. Anyone got any pics of one? Fixed or not is fine.
Guy is asking about 150 bucks for this bike. Is it worth that? He says its in excellent shape. Any other info on this is cool. thanks

Sorry, where i come from people commonly refer to Peugeot cars and bikes as Pugs.

Personally, I hate Peugeot bikes. $125 is a good deal if you want to deal with French sizing for parts. It looks pretty.
