no no. i AM hoping those wheels last me. But seeing as im getting such a decent deal on the bike, if they do not last me, i will upgrade.

the owner of that shop is a major a s s h o l e ! I hear those bikes are made from such crappy components that you will spend more time replacing **** on it, than actually riding it. I wouldnt bother, there are so many decent "out of the box" fixies, you should be able to get something better for around the same price. Even a fixie conversion made from an old Huffy frame would have some STYLE to it.

if you are heavy, you will taco those wheels. garbage.

that might not be a bad thing, i can then upgrade.
How else am I to interpret that?

just dont get the bike is what everyone is trying to tell you. it isnt worth it.
