Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

which truing stand? I've used the Park cheapie and it sux. Hozans look amazing but are really pricey.

tensiometer? yes, no? If yes, which, if no, why not, and how do you get proper even tension w/o?

crow's foot? 3x, 3x, blablabla. I read good things about crows foot for rear wheels, and I want to do it. Should the tension be even (or as close as possible) for all spokes, or should the radials have different tension than the crosses?
