Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Stanley!!!! I don't bother with anything else. I worked construction for a couple of years and it definitely kept my coffee warm longer than anything else during those cold Canadian winters where you have to walk backwards to pee outside. And if you need a carabiner on it, I'm sure someone will weld it on for a reasonable price. Hell, I welded my coworkers Stanley to an I-beam for sh*ts and giggles.

Ikea sells one that is very, very good, it's too skinny for a bottle cage but there's no point putting them there anyway, drinking from it on the fly is not recommended.

Sounds like you're looking for the one that all my friends use. I found one of 'em here:

I have the one that Analog just posted and I think it's what you're looking for. Holds a cup of coffee, but no more. I got it for 12 or 15 bucks at Bulldog News in Seattle.

Bikes: I hate bikes!

checkout this site for coffee container reviews specific to biking.

I use the Nissan Leak Proof Backpack Model JMW-500. It is stainless steel, keeps coffee VERY hot even in very cold temps and is drinkable right from the container. I highly reccommend it.

Not right now, but you might be able to special order them. I think we dropped that distributor. They have them online, though, plus I've even seen a larger version of it.

I guess the OP got his thermos, but if anyone else is looking, I have to second the oxo thermos/mug hybrid
https://www.amazon.com/OXO-Grips-1055...&s=home-garden
I got mine as a gift, and now my thermos and travel mug sit in the back of my kitchen cabinet in shame.

Best mug ever. Fits in a cage loosely so I use a mini-bungee to hold it in place. Keeps coffee hot almost all day long. Durable: I've dropped it off my car and from my bike twice now and not even a scratch. Easy to drink from on the bike with one hand. Almost keeps drinks too hot. I got a graveyard of old thermos bottles now.

I can vouch for sigg bottles. They are bullit proof and i think the smaller ones will fit in cages. They are made in Sweeden and look sick.
