"Made in Germany" ebay cog?

Anybody tried these cogs by this ebay seller? He says he's sold them for a year without problems...

"silver anodized" (aluminum?) Looks kinda junky to me. Lots of people go for crappy things they think they are or will be happy with. I will not name any recent elections.

By the time you pay shipping it's not that much of a bargain anyway. Is saving a few bucks worth stripping your hub or having your cog fail in some nasty way?

It doesn't have that refined look. Looks like a Surly cog.

If you buy this, you're going to end up spending about as much as you would for a cheap cog at your LBS.

The only cogs from Germany I know of are Esjot, which have a terrible reputation.
