Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Quit worrying so much about what some bars youve never ridden are named. Just get some risers you think feel good.
I swear people buy everything based soley on what it looks like and not how itll actually feel when riding. When youre rolling down the fixie catwalk i guess youll need the best looking ones though.

Based on that photo I would have to say they are very likely Salsa Pro Moto Carbon riser bars available for about $140, or they could be steel Dimension steel riser bars for $14... Or... they could be some other bars... but they are definitely risers... black ones...

Or they could one of 55 different riser bars that look IDENTICAL to that photo. Nashbar makes some in black for $20. They all look the same to me.

Am I? I think I'm totally lost. I don't understand what is happening in this thread. Maybe I've had too many brews?

Its a game of 20 guesses, apparently, and in the end he will just buy some risers that may or may not be the ones on that IRO.
