I miss reading his philosophy and his attitude to be more of an atelier with patrons vs. a businessman, which unfortunately, he wasn't very good at.

Ultimately, I think he needed to partner with someone -- he would be the dreamer, the idea maker, the person who had the vision and someone else would handle the day to day administration and business model.

Naz called it -- great aesthetic sense (for the most part -- there was an occasional moment of "Wha?"), terrible business sense. I have a pile of photos saved from the site on my computer as well.

Judah tried to lull me into it but I'll be at SXSW from the 9th to 14th. Yohei is hanging out here in Chicago at the end of February and then to NAHBS with Ezra and then they're headed to Austin to hang out with Meghan/Panda and Moyer till the 12th. I'll be in Austin then so I'll be hooking up with them there for round 2 with Yohei. Hah! It'd have been awesome to sneak in a trip to NAHBS as well but finances and timing won't allow it.

Are they leaving Austin on the 12th? I'd like to meet this Yohei character, but I don't get in until around 2 in the afternoon on the 12th.
