Risers can still hit the top tube depending on the head tube angle/stem combo. Mine definitely hit on my Pista so I have some tape in about the same spot to protect it.

depending on the stem angle + headtube angle ... risers CAN still hit the tt.

ie. this setup on my nagasawa hit, although i had ourys. i kept my kashimax tt protector thing on there

actually it's pretty simple to visualize because the headtube isn't even perpendicular to the ground....

without the bars flipped back like that it looks like fine low budget bike for any female to be riding. throw some old mustache bars on there and it would be cool.

You shouldn't call things "jackass" just because you don't know what you're talking about. That bike is designed to have the rear brake there, it simplifies cable routing considerably

Also, dudes in pea coats and leather shoes look ****ing decent on a mixte.
