You know, if Fetish actually did their frames up like that, they would sell five times as many. Seriously. I would have bought one instead of my Fuji Track Pro. I think a lot of people here would love to have a flat or glossy black aluminum track bike.

the alpha's aren't new. word is they suck.

the fetish frames are pretty cool, it's just the decals that suck. i've been told the new frames have them under the clear coat.

What other info would you like because you can see all of the parts in the pic, besides the Mavic front brake? Also, I think human is right, the new ones have the decals under the clear. If you already have the frame you should know if they are or arent on yours.

I agree. I don't believe in denigrating people's work (assuming it is not harmful). That said, I don't think messengers deserve any particular amount of respect beyond what is due to working people everywhere.

Why? Do you have an alternate theory as to why people would work their asses off for such meager compensation? The nobility inherent in frying a potato or delivering a box, perhaps?

for starters:
1) they gain some sort of satisfaction out of it
2) some social/economic pressures make it hard to leave the job/take another job

but in general i found your statement to be reflective of the unfortunate but widely held middle-class notions of white collar work being the only worthwhile work, and opting out of that lifestyle being a poor choice brought on by personal failings. being "stupid" or an "undocumented worker," as you put it.

Maybe I'm just a bourgeousie *******, but I can't imagine that many people choose to "opt out" of being economically competitive unless they simply can't compete.

were the examples i gave too generalized for you? do i need to go into specifics? there are tons of reasons one might choose non-white collar or lower-paying jobs beyond being "unable to compete."

and yeah, i think your idea in the first post that someone working at mcdonalds isn't owed your respect because of that is pretty much the definition of a bourgeousie ******* opinion.

/derail. i don't really have anything else to say to you
