I dont have a bike you can borrow. You should show up there and at least check things outs/meet people maybe. Maybe someone on here has bikes to lend.. but not too likely i think that's okay, just a shot in the dark about borrowing a bike. i'll stop by for sure, with or without a bike. i've just spent some time catching up on other tokyo-related posts... seems like there are a good number of people out there. and that tokyo bike pix thread is pretty great. look out for some nyc folks your way in the coming weeks... ceya? |

Mookchiga, you could try sweet-talking the guys at Carnival into a lend. Or, rent a mamachari for the day. Just bring your own extra long seatpost.

Not sure how long they've been around. When I looked in the shop was clean and new looking - that was a month ago.
Here's their business card (scroll down): http://tvvas.blogspot.com/2007/02/fi...h-5.html#links |
Just missed br995's post - so that's why it was clean and shiney in February.

not gonna be able to make it. Getting Eikaiwa'd.
Seriously. I wish I had not come here as an eikaiwa member. It's a fight to merely get paid for what I worked. |

Single! Single! Dead!

how late will you guys be there? I'm thinking of actually just hitting the train and spending the night around shibuya.
teh gf has off on saturdays. She's so lucky! I work at the place that rhymes with PEON. we got a new manager. She's like adolf hitler. The third new manager in 6 months. How long till my sarcastic ass drives her off. Genki AND bitingly sarcastic. I swear I must make their heads explode because they can't figure me out along with the fact that I cross the street when the light is red (sure to make their heads explode). I'm beginning to think some people here have explosive robotic chips implanted at birth that make their brains combust if they break and small rule. =) Don't mind my beer induced ramblings. How late are you all staying out? I get out at 7...takes an hour to get there. |
Ive heard some bad stories about AEON. You should escape before they implant your chip.
Many people have chips in their heads here. For example, anyone working in a shop. They have to switch to drone mode before starting work. You cannot have a conversation with the real person. It cant happen. There is a firewall of sorts. Some people have set their chip to drone mode 24 hours a day. Theyre actually dead. What town are you working in...near Yoyogi? |
im on the last stop out on the joban line from ueno, or the last stop out from the chiyoda subway. One train to yoyogi, though.
=) I'd have to rinko it. It's a bit of a ride from my place to Tokyo. My panasonic is vastly improved now! Today I want to go to Nalsima cycle and get a new stem and maybe bars and bar tape definitely. The upward pointing one is decidedly uncool. |

Don't know how late it'll go. I suppose it depends on the weather and how many people show. |
Erm, there's still no sakura... we might be doing a tour of Tokyo's best bare trees.
