you can get the sealed ones (at least the 52 - i have one) in italian

BB marked 70 are Italian. BB marked 68 are English. I just picked up an Italian Shimano UN53 BB for under $20. It's mated to an IRO crank.

(To the wise ass who will say French BB are also 70, keep in mind that it is extremely rare to find one new.)
