if the wheels are decent(formula hubs for instance) It seems like a reasonable price with the brakes and everything to me. If you end up liking fg/ss and the frame turns out not to be ideal you can just move the parts over to something nicer.

Yeah Shogun frames are real nice quality Japanese frames and pretty cool too sinc eyou probably won't see many others riding around
