power grips question/help

hey. are the straps for power grips supposed to come with adjusting holes at the ends? mine don't have 'em, but the instruction guide refers to them like they are important and the pictures show straps with holes there already. did i get a bum pair? should i put holes in the straps or should i just mount them as is? im thinking the latter.
thanks
peace

Mine have no holes, nor should they. They just fold over and get clamped into the pedal.

If you need, I can dig out the camera and show you.
