Integrated Headsets
One thing I have been noticing about bikes these days...
...what's with the invisa-headsets?
Anybody run one of these?
Perks/bummers?
I'm just plain leery of them.

Since the surface the bearing contacts is no longer part of the cup a pressed in cup is less and less important. You can save a little weight, get a cheaper headset, lower stack height, and increased stiffness by ditching the pressed in cups entirely. It is possible that you will trash the headtube if something goes wrong but this was the case before as well.
