Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? T6? 7075-t6?

I did a search and really didn't find anything to explain this:

I notice on Ben's Cycle, the Sugino 75, the Zen and even the Mighty Comp Chainrings say 7075-T6 on the write-up.

When it comes to the Zen Messenger chainring, it only says T6.

Is this different from 7075-T6?

Also, how is the Zen Messenger different from the 75, Zen and Mighty Comp? Why does it cost less than 75 and Zen but more then the Mighty Comp?... all made(supposedly) of the same materials?

My guess is the forging/machining process?

Anyone?
