Pic Request: Velocity Anodized Rims

One would expect Velocity to have pics of all of the colors and finishes of their rims on their website. But, they don't have the anodized finishes up.

It says they have available: Black, Bright Gold, Bright Silver, Silver. I've seen gold. Can anyone link me to examples of the other anodized colors.

How different is "Bright Silver" from "Silver"?

Anodized Gold:

Thanks.

Rock on.

The guy who owns the bike in the pic above told me that Velocity made them for him custom. This was back in 2004. By they way, not sure if you can tell by the small pic, but they are bladed, too.

I have the regular Silver anodized Aeroheads and they have a matte-silver finish, much like an Apple Powerbook. Looking at Peter White's website, it would appear the Bright Silver anodized rims have more of a shiny, polished, reflective finish.

This is true. I have a pair of Aeros in bright silver and the anodizing is the same as a shiny alu stem. When I bought them they were described as "high shine."

I saw those at the shop, too.

They are not chrome. They are high polished aluminum. Very dope. I think that finish requires maintenance, though.
