if you are getting into this 'fixie craze' for cool points or respect, dont choose the langster. no matter what you do, no one except you will like it.

i think it is a great relaxed geo street use 'track' bike and i love mine.

i really dig that chainring - what is it/where did you scoop it up?

Broken frames?
 
RE the previous posts about broken Langster frames. Specialized warranties the Langster frame for life, did you try to go that route and get a new one under warranty? Has anyone else done this? Just curious.

I have an 08 Langster and it's a great bike. Really like it

I have owned two langsters and ended up selling them both very quickly, one because I was in a coma, the other mostly because of the wheels.
