Who did you order it from? I remember a few months back there was something on the Pake website about the seat tube size. Here is a quote from the Soma store "(Some stock require a 26.8mm post. E-mail to confirm or wait until you get your frame before buying a seatpost.)" Not sure about the headset though.

huh??

my pake was a b!tch to find a 26.8 seatpost for and it is definately a 1" headset... i don't THINK they've changed their frame, what makes you post such bold accusations?

edit: it DOES say on their site that most of their frames use 27 seatposts but a "recent batch" was 26.8, guess they are working on swapping over. as for the headset...

possibly stupid question.....

you know that a headtube for a 1" threaded fork actually has a ~30mm inside diameter, right?
where 30mm ~ 1 1/8"

as said above, a batch was with 27 mm seat tubes. I don't know how you had trouble finding a 26.8 seatpost. I have one sitting in my room unused right now, which reminds me, I was supposed to send it to someone on bike forums for free and never got around to it.
