Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

also good for breakfast:

take one of those small corn tortillas (kind you can get in bags of a f***ton for $1)
drizzle a little honey on it
then sprinkle on some cinnamon

roll up and eat, its a delicious cheap snack/breakfast I came up with over the summer.

When i have it, breakfast for me is vanilla yogurt, with some go-lean crunch or something similar, and fresh blackberries. Awesome.

I always love the classic apple & peanut butter combo (organic, if funds allow). I also practically live off of pita and hummus. I wish I had the counter space for a blender so I could make my own.
