I've been watching this thread; here is the result:
Ordered from Spicer Cycles. 60cm, stickers were simply sent along in the box. Threadless, no bottle mounts. That orange sticker is just a warning about riding with no brakes and no reflectors and will come right off. I should have it built in a month or so.

Withnil
That's it exactly. My impression is that he has few left, but that a re-stocking is planned.
I went for it because I wanted a threadless steerer and I didn't find another source with that setup for this frame. I exchanged a couple of emails and happily found the stickers were left up to the customer. With shipping to Oregon it worked out to about $265.
Gene was very cool to deal with.

Is this Spicer the same as the one here: https://www.spicercycles.com/index.cg...at_desc=Track? I take it they ship without the shown decals on. I've been searching for alternatives now that bikeisland is sold out. It's $25 more and maybe shipping too.
Gene from Spicer cycles was also very friendly and even if he was busy and couldn't answer your question, his wife would get on the computer and answer it for you!
So, the extra 50 bucks was worth the customer service, the quality shipping, and the fact that it was actually in stock!
PS: here a post I made back in march. My bike now has a brooks https://www.bikeforums.net/showpost.p...postcount=2679

i just bought a 50cm kilo tt off craigslist and the toe overlap sucks. This is my first fixed gear. Any tips to avoid this before I get new clips? Also what clips do you guys recommend to help with this?

because you don't turn the front wheel as much when you're going fast.
