I take mine to Bike World on Flamingo.. they're really nice. When I changed out my cog and lockring, they only charged me 2 bucks to install them. They seem fair on their pricing, so I'd give them a call.

There's also NuVision.. but I haven't honestly been there.

I'm 6'3" and I have the 60 cm Kilo frame, you guys seem to be sizing pretty small. I could've fit on the 57-58, but the 60 is very comfortable.

its some 3M scotchlite stuff i found on ebay for pretty cheap. it's very thin (better than electrical tape), and yes, its pretty hidden in normal light.

I used the same 3m stuff, I'm not sure if it looks better on the top tube or not. I would like to cover up the fork logo too but not with white.
Bike has a black Thomson elite stem and seatpost now, just need a black seat collar and spacers. Then I'll finally cut the steerer tube.

seriously, what is with the white tape jobs? i get benjamin831's downtube but the seattube doesn't really match...

and not to be insulting fuggers, i mean it's just my opinion, but your bike looks terrible. it makes it look cheap (yes, i'm aware....) and like you're ashamed of it. seriously, why not opt for the bikeisland frame or save your sticker money and get it painted/pc'd whatever color you want. or at least continue the little two stripe pattern elsewhere for consistency! it looks like you have a paper toptupe protector...or two or three.

what's the ballpark figure for getting a neat, yet affordable powder coating job on a frame? (handing in the bare frame)

I just spraypainted my silver spacers black... but i suppose black spacers are easily purchased anywhere.

I've been having a hard time finding a black 30.0 seatpost collar.

dude, you're a genius! have you ever stripped anything? probably not, but good luck and take pictures for sure!

to anyone who is remotely aware, they'll strip the frame for you, sandblast and treat it to make sure its prepped specifically for the process. this is included in the price...if it's not, take your business elsewhere...

I've called about 6 different shops, and all quoted me the same price and that includes them lightly media blasting (hope I wrote that right) and said to just take the frame apart, they will do all the prep.
