Single Speed Frames with Disc Brake Braze-ons?

I'm looking for some recommendations for single speed frames that will accept disc brakes.
Frames only, not complete bikes.
I'm thinking of building up an urban assault bike with an internal hub so i need the horizontal "drop out" for chain tension.
Two that are on my list so far are the Kona Unit and Surly 1x1.
Any other suggestions?

Kona Explosif
On-one Inbred
Salsa Juan Solo

There are tons more out there, and a lot of "complete only" frames are sold second-hand, too.

Jenson sells the Zion 737Ebb, which is a 29" (700c) MTB frame and they sell a Zion fork the disc mounts. Surly also sells the Karate Monkey, which is a 29"/700c frame with disc mounts. Both can be made road friendly.

Voodoo makes a cool disc 29er frame with sliding drops.

You should also be able to run 700c skinny tires on a 26" disc specific mountain frame. Your bottom bracket will be a little higher and you might have clearance issues running fenders but a lot of folks around here are running that kind of setup.

By "urban assault" do you mean screaming through traffic or dropping stair-sets and doing pedal-grinds? 'cause those are two VERY different kinds of bikes.

Sorry, i guess that was actually kinda vague. My bad.
Basically I want something good for urban streets. Screaming through traffic. Curbs. Potholes. Sand and gravel. Wet streets.
No tricks, jumps, scrapes, bumps, grinds, flips, spins etc.... intentionally, anyhow.
Comfortable road geometry a must, not track... something else I shoulda mentioned.

Thanks!

Doesn't Bianchi sell their SS MTB's as framesets?

I'd vote for the 1x1. It's what I used:

No worries, it took me a while to realize that it could be taken a couple different ways.

If you want discs, you're going to have to go with a MTB frame. The only road-ish frame with disc brakes that I know of is the Bianchi Roger, which is a complete (and nice) bike.

I have a Redline Conquest Disc-R frameset I'm building up singlespeed. The rear spacing is 130mm and it's alu though. I probably wouldn't do it again.

Mongoose has a new offering discussed in this thread that looks pretty interesting.

Doesn't/didn't Kona offer the Sutra as a frameset?

Now I'm thinking of just keeping it a single speed and building it up from a Kona Paddy Wagon.
The frame is sold separately and can be had for around $260 including the fork. But I would change out the fork for one with disc mount and keep caliper brake in the rear, straight-ish bars like on-one Fleegle, maybe some Mavic Aksium rims....
