Their website lists their Telephone Hours 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST. I haven't needed to contact them but I would guess that since they are trying to get all the group buy framesets shipped out in 3 days that they will be difficult to get a hold of until they get back to normal business orders.

I got through to them on the first try. Just had to let them know a couple of things *such as the e-mail on my blue frame e-mail was not theirs (one of the two #'s was, the other was some poor bloke) and the guy who it belonged to was not too happy about the phone calls.
