changing tire question
im new to changing tires but ...
i was running a 700x28c vittoria randonneur with an innertube of 700x23/25c
i just bought a 700x23c vitorua rubino with an innertube of 700x 23/28c
will it still work okay or should i go exchange it tommorrow
