its the drop outs mostly, it just struck me as odd, i didnt know that ther were any al frames with hor. drop outs.

It almost looks like as if the dropouts had actually been replaced. But why the hell would someone replace it with horizontal dropouts and not fork ends?

Either that or the welds on that thing are seriously horrible.
