06 Langster- What's it worth?
I'm considering selling my 06 Langster .
The 06's looked like this:

I bought it new in May, so it's in very good condition. It has a tiny tiny scratch on the top tube that's baaaaarely noticeable. I'd like to experiment with different frame setups (Jamie Roy, Pake? Still thinking about it). Anyway, I'm thinking of either selling the frame/fork (probably) or entire bike (less likely), and was wondering what you guys think it might be worth. Thanks.
Oh yeah, I did search the forums and eBay's completed items before posting this, so sorry if I'm overlooking an obvious place to answer my question.

They're what, $650 new? Depending on condition (which sounds pretty good), I'd ask like $450 for it, then negotiate up/down from there. There's one on eBay right now (with some upgraded bits) going for $500+ with a ton of bidders.
I think you have a good chance to recoup most of your money, considering the '08 Langsters look like garbage (all 6 of them).

frame and fork are probably worth about $350 new. I would pay $400-450 for a brand new frame and fork langster w/ the current carbon fork if they sold it that way. So I would say if you sold seperately, it would be worth ~$275 for a used Frame/non-carbon fork/headset.

I just sold my 06 for $400 but it had several upgraded parts including a CK headset and wheels built with Pauls hubs and Velocity fusion rims. I had a ton of interest and should have started the price higher in retro spect but I paid $468 for it in the spring so for the use I got out of it the $68 loss isn't really a loss to me.
