I got the idea off someone from this forum. The person used a red bungee type string though, and it was just the area where the handle bar hit the TT. I want to wrap my down tube with something too, but I cant figure out with what yet...

The chicago wig pads rule. They have a loop at one end that you put your seat post through so no one can easily walk off with it. Not knocking on the diy's out there at all, the wig pad is just nice and clean looking.

I flipped them last week to see where I'd like them chopped. After a few days of riding it, it was pretty nice to have a completely upright position... so now I'm not so sure if i want to chop them anymore
I kinda miss my drops. i wish they made bars where you can be completely upright, have a flatbar, have a bullhorn like position, drop and a TT position. That'd look so cool and it'd probably weigh a ton
